Pet Policy

Grand Island is a pet-friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets. Our monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. We have a two pet maximum with a 90 pound weight limit. We do however, have some breed restrictions.(see below)

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard
